What does McDonald Farms’ grease trap service include?
We provide full-service grease trap and interceptor pumping and cleaning, tailored to your kitchen’s needs. Our technicians remove accumulated fats, oils, and grease (FOG), clean internal components, and help you keep your kitchen running efficiently and in compliance with local regulations.
How often should my grease trap be cleaned?
Service frequency depends on your volume and local rules. A common guideline is the “25% rule” (clean when FOG and solids reach a quarter of the trap’s capacity). We’ll assess your site and set up a customized maintenance schedule to prevent backups and violations.
Do you offer scheduled maintenance and reminders?
Yes. We create a maintenance plan that fits your operation—weekly, monthly, quarterly, or on demand—and provide reminder scheduling so you never miss a service.
Do you handle emergency grease trap pumping?
Absolutely. We offer fast-response emergency service to address backups, overflows, or odors, minimizing downtime and health risks.
